Hello my fellow introverts! My name is Christy. I am the introvert behind the curtain so to speak. My mission with this blog is to give us introverted cohorts a place to land and be comfortable. We will discuss all kinds of topics; some funny, some serious, and all interesting. You are in a safe place among friends!
I am a woman who has entered into mid-life, looking back and wondering how I made it. I am a complete introvert and INFJ personality type (rare – only 1% of the population of the world is an INFJ). Miraculously, I survived all the trials and tribulations this life has had to offer so far. I survived high school and went on to college to earn a business degree, married, became a mom. Managing to raise two boys, to adulthood, I did so without losing all my hair and sanity. Navigating many ups and down has brought to where I am today.
Now a grandma (wow, it was worth the wait), I am starting to make my way toward my golden years, albeit reluctantly. My life has been spent working full time, traveling for work, and getting involved in all types of volunteer opportunities (not always by my own initiation). I still work by day and now I blog by night! My life hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been quite the adventure!
I want to give you meaningful tips (some that got me through some of my toughest days), to help you navigate this world of extroverts, give you a chance to laugh, relax and also give you an opportunity to share with those who understand you completely!
